Dog Grooming Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all bookings, sessions, sales, and services provided by Pawparazzi by Mia, a professional pet photography business operating in San Francisco, CA.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• A non-refundable session fee of $150 is required to secure your booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the session fee and signed agreement are received.
• The remaining balance (if any) is due on the day of the session.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card.

2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Rescheduling due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated at no extra cost where possible.
• If the client cancels the session without rescheduling, the session fee is forfeited.
• In the rare event that the photographer needs to cancel, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. SESSION DETAILS

• All pets must be healthy, vaccinated, and non-aggressive.
• The client is responsible for controlling and supervising their pet(s) at all times.
• Aggressive, dangerous, or sick animals may result in early termination of the session without refund.
• Sessions can take place outdoors, in the client's home, or at a designated studio/location, depending on availability and agreement.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 20-mile radius of San Francisco.

4. IMAGE DELIVERY

• A private online gallery will be provided within 2 weeks after the session.
• Galleries will be available for 30 days for viewing, downloading, or ordering prints/products.
• Only edited, high-resolution digital images will be delivered. Raw/unedited files will not be released.
• Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons, but clients will be kept informed.

5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• All photographs taken remain the copyright of Pawparazzi by Mia.
• Clients receive a personal-use license only. This includes:
• Printing for home use
• Sharing online with appropriate credit
• Clients may not sell, alter, or use images for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Pawparazzi by Mia retains the right to use selected images for marketing, competitions, portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.

6. MODEL RELEASE

• By booking and attending a session, you grant Pawparazzi by Mia permission to use photographs of you, your family, and your pet(s) for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If you wish to opt out of promotional use, please inform us before your session in writing.

7. LIABILITY

• The safety and well-being of pets and people is our priority. However, Pawparazzi by Mia is not liable for:
• Injury or illness of pets or persons during or after the session
• Damage to property or equipment caused by pets or participants
• Clients assume full responsibility for their pet(s) and agree to participate at their own risk.

8. WEATHER & OUTDOOR SESSIONS

• For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be reviewed 24 hours prior.
• If weather is unsuitable (e.g., heavy rain, storms), the session may be rescheduled.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations due to weather without notice will forfeit the session fee.

9. ADDITIONAL FEES & SERVICES

• Travel beyond 20 miles of San Francisco will incur a fee of $2 per additional mile.
• Extra charges may apply for:
• Multi-pet sessions
• Owners appearing in photos
• Prints, albums, or digital add-ons not included in the session fee

10. PRIVACY POLICY

• Client information is kept secure and private.
• We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
• Your personal information is used only to manage your booking and deliver services.
